Shopping & Accounts

Q: Do I need an account to shop? A: You can browse and add items to your cart as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping details for faster checkout, and view your order history.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement? A: No! We have no minimum order quantity. Whether you are looking for a single replacement piece or a full set of new jewelry, you are welcome to shop with us.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can view the full list of available payment options at checkout.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: What are your shipping costs? A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your destination. You will see the exact shipping total before you finalize your purchase.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive? A: We process and ship most orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, Canadian orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we do! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy? A: Due to the nature of body jewelry and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. However, if you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item so we can make it right.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged? A: If your package arrives damaged during transit, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us within 24–48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.


Product Quality & Safety

Q: Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin or new piercings? A: Yes! We prioritize your health by using high-quality, body-safe materials. All of our jewelry meets the ASTM F136 designation (Implant Grade Titanium), which is the standard for safety in the piercing industry. Specific material details are listed on each product page.
