The daith shot to fame in the early 2010s when claims of migraine relief made it one of the most talked-about piercings around. Rooted in acupuncture theory, the jury is still out on whether it actually works — but plenty of people swear by it, and either way, you walk away with a stunning piercing.

Pro tip: Because of its location it can be tricky to clean — use a sterile saline and gauze or cotton swabs to gently clean. Skipping this area is one of the most common reasons daiths take longer to heal.
